Please answer the following 11 questions about preventative maintenance and trouble shooting

1. What steps would you take to maintain computer hardware? (The curriculum lists 5)

2. Are there any other hardware maintenance tasks that you can think of? (Give at least one and explain why.)

3. Generally, what steps are taken to maintain the software inside a computer? (The curriculum lists 8)

4. List the benefits of a preventive maintenance plan. (The curriculum lists 5)

5. Define troubleshooting as it refers to computer repair.

6. Before starting the troubleshooting process, what is one thing that you want to do?

7. What should be shared from question 6 with the customer?
